I have IE8 XP SP2 with Chromeframe BHO 7.0.517.44 and SimpleAdblock 1.0.  I have 4 Home Page tabs set to open when IE is first opened.  One of the tabs is to www.theozarkerr.com/index.htm.  If that particular website is listed anywhere but the 1st tab, it throws an "Internet Exlporer cannot display" error.  Simply refreshing the page displays the website correctly.  If I change the order so this website is 1st in the list, the problem does not occur.  I suspect it is a DNS lookup problem somehow caused by Adblock.  If I disable Adblock, the problem does not occur.
